Nancy is the Partner in charge of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. She also heads the Debt collection department.Nancy specializes in Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property law litigation, Constitutional Law, Administrative Appeals and Employment Disputes, Succession, Registration of Trade Marks & Patents, Industrial Designs, Copyrights and Domain Names.

She is a graduate of Makerere University – Uganda. Nancy has vast experience in Litigation having represented corporate and individual clients at the High Court, Court of Appeal and various Tribunals. Nancy has also considerable experience in Intellectual Property and has assisted numerous brand owners in registration of Trademarks in Kenya and within the region. She has also appeared on numerous occasions before the Registrar at the Kenya Industrial Property Institute in opposition matters. Nancy is well known for her specialist IP practice and has been recognised in Chambers Global Listing of the World’s Leading Law Firms (“Chambers”) 2016 in the Intellectual Property Category. She was also ranked in the Managing IP” 2016, the leading international publication on Intellectual Property, based on global interviews with Intellectual Property law firms and multinationals clients.

Julia is the Partner in charge of the Commercial and Conveyancing Department. She graduated with an LL.B at the University of Nairobi in 2005 and specializes in Conveyancing and Property law, Bank Securities and Finance, Company law and she also advises on employment issues. Julia has considerable experience in conveyancing and Property law having acted for various developers in property acquisitions and development of housing projects. She also has wide experience in Bank Securities and Finance, having acted for various Banks and financial institutions in the preparation and perfection of loan and security documentation. Julia also has experience in the formation of private and public companies and unincorporated associations.
